A University of Melbourne team developing a live-saving oxygen supply system for the world’s poorest areas has won the 2017 ANSTO Eureka Prize for Innovative Use of Technology.

University of Melbourne congratulates staff recognised by the 2015 Australian Museum Eureka Prizes – also known as the ‘Oscars of Australian Science’- awarded to researchers, leaders and communicators breaking new ground in their fields and inspiring those around them to follow suit.

University of Melbourne researchers have won Eureka prizes for a climate history of unprecedented scope, leadership in medical data analysis and the discovery of the workings of antibody-generating cells.
