Eight-time Director of the Edinburgh Festival, Sir Jonathan Mills, has devised and curated an entire precinct of the Melbourne Festival in collaboration with academics and students from the University of Melbourne.

A full-scale replica of Walter Burley Griffin and Marian Mahony Griffin’s cutting edge home is being constructed by students from the Melbourne School of Design as part of the Melbourne Festival’s Cultural Collisions precinct at the University of Melbourne.

A revised score of Sir Jonathan Mills’ acclaimed Ethereal Eye will be performed as part of Cultural Collisions, the University of Melbourne’s contribution to the 2016 Melbourne Festival.
