The Federal Government has announced a fresh batch of changes to the Murray Darling Basin Plan which affects irrigators in South Australia, New South Wales and Victoria.

Water infrastructure expert Professor Hector Malano spoke with Ashleigh Gillon from Sky News about the changes to the plan, and whether they will deliver on the promises laid out.
