The perceptual consequences of tourism and other forms of development in coastal town communities; exploring links between urban open spaces and benefits to public health; exploring relationships between environmental sustainability and public environmental values and perceptions; community participation in environmental planning and design; development of methods for modelling perceived change in landscape and urban character.
