The Australia India Institute and the Victorian State Government will today launch a Doctoral Scholarship Program to allow ten of India’s best and brightest PhD students to study in Victoria.
High achieving Chinese students will have greater support to complete their PhD studies at the University of Melbourne, thanks to a scholarship agreement between the University and the China Scholarship Council.
